- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Communicate clearly with clients and customers
- Explain company services in a professional manner
- Follow up with potential and existing clients
- Schedule client meetings and maintain records
- Build and maintain good client relationships
- Coordinate with the sales and management team
- Maintain daily call and customer data reports
- Good communication skills in Malayalam, Tamil & basic English required
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Stipend and incentives will be provided based on target achievement
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
