Job Description – Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Vapi, Gujarat
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹55,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales operations for assigned real estate projects.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate, nurture, and convert leads into successful property bookings.
- Conduct customer meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to booking and possession support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers.
- Handle sales negotiations and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Ensure excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer service throughout the customer journey.
- Follow up on customer payments and coordinate collections as per company policy.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and documentation teams for smooth transaction processing.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present regular sales updates to management.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes, policies, and ethical standards.
- Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional events, exhibitions, and lead generation initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales with a builder/developer (Mandatory).
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in leading and motivating a sales team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of residential and commercial real estate sales.
- Knowledge of the Vapi, Daman, Silvassa, and South Gujarat real estate market will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
