About the Role
Tharavadu is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive with a proven track record in premium real estate sales. The ideal candidate should have experience handling High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), possess excellent English communication skills, maintain a professional appearance, and confidently represent a luxury real estate brand.
The company provides qualified leads. Your primary responsibility is to build relationships, guide customers through the buying journey, and convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Conduct project presentations and site visits.
- Build relationships with HNIs, investors, NRIs, entrepreneurs, and premium buyers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to booking.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with internal teams.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates.
- Generate referrals and repeat business through excellent client relationships.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in premium real estate sales.
- Proven success in closing high-value real estate transactions.
- Experience working with HNIs and affluent clientele.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Professional grooming and executive presence.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings.
Added Advantage: Candidates with an existing HNI network or the ability to bring in premium referrals will be preferred, although lead generation is not mandatory.
