Job Title: Billing & Estimation Engineer (PEB Industry)
Job Summary:
Responsible for project estimation, contractor/client billing, cost analysis, billing audits, and commercial coordination for PEB projects while ensuring accurate documentation and timely payment processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify contractor and client bills.
- Handle contractor and project billing processes.
- Conduct billing audits and ensure compliance with project policies.
- Perform project cost estimation, cost control, and risk analysis.
- Manage Project CAR policy documentation.
- Read and interpret building/structural drawings.
- Maintain billing records and process payment reconciliations.
- Update project data in ERP systems.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers for work progress verification and billing support.
- Provide administrative and commercial support to project teams.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in PEB/construction billing and estimation.
- Knowledge of ERP, MS Excel, BOQ, billing processes, and drawing reading.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
