Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Ceramic Designer to develop innovative tile designs that align with current market trends and customer requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ceramic tile aesthetics, color combinations, textures, surface finishes, and digital printing technology. The role involves creating unique collections while collaborating closely with the R&D, production teams to ensure high-quality product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design innovative ceramic wall and floor tile collections.
- Develop concepts, patterns, textures, and color palettes based on market trends.
- Create digital artworks and production-ready files for ceramic tile printing.
- Work with glaze, ink, and surface development teams to achieve the desired visual effects.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Develop new surface finishes such as matte, glossy, rustic, carving, sugar, stone, and decorative effects.
- Conduct design trials and evaluate production samples.
- Maintain consistency in design quality, color accuracy, and repeat patterns.
- Research global design trends, architecture, interior design, fashion, and natural materials for inspiration.
- Support marketing by preparing design presentations, catalogs, and promotional materials.
- Continuously improve existing products and contribute innovative ideas for new collections.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Ceramic Design, Product Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2–8 years of experience in ceramic tile design (Fresher also can apply).
- Strong creative and visualization skills.
- Knowledge of ceramic tile manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of glaze application, digital printing, and surface development.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
