Educational Qualifications
Preferred
- B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc (Physics) from reputed institutions, preferably:
- IITs (Indian Institutes of Technology)
- NITs (National Institutes of Technology)
Also Eligible
- Graduates and Postgraduates with exceptional subject knowledge and relevant competitive coaching experience.
Experience
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in coaching students for:
- JEE Main
- JEE Advanced
- NEET
- Proven experience in delivering results in competitive examination coaching.
- Prior experience with reputed coaching institutes will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality classroom instruction in Physics for JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET aspirants.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, study materials, assignments, practice sheets, and test papers.
- Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions and academic mentoring.
- Track student performance and provide personalized guidance for improvement.
- Prepare students for competitive examinations through concept-based and application-oriented teaching.
- Design and evaluate mock tests, assessments, and performance analytics.
- Assist students in developing effective problem-solving techniques and examination strategies.
- Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum planning and content enhancement.
- Participate in academic reviews, faculty meetings, and student-parent interactions whenever required.
