Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and acquire new corporate and MSME clients.
- Build long-term relationships with CFOs, promoters, and finance heads.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
- Financial Advisory & Deal Structuring
- Assess client financials, working capital cycles, and funding viability.
- Propose tailored solutions: bridge funding, bill discounting, promoter’s funding, equity/foreign funding.
- Coordinate with internal credit, legal, and management teams to structure deals.
- Business Development & Market Engagement
- Manage end-to-end business development cycle (lead generation → closure → onboarding).
- Maintain sales pipelines and achieve monthly business targets.
- Represent Prosperity Peak Advisors at industry forums and networking events.
- Technical Skills:
- Financial analysis, credit assessment, debt structuring.
- Ability to interpret balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flows.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Relationship-building with senior management.
- Target-driven, disciplined, and self-motivated.
- Preferred Background:
- Prior experience in banking, NBFCs, corporate funding, or investment advisory.
- Familiarity with corporate loans, working capital management, and structured finance instruments.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Commerce.
- MBA/PGDM (Finance or Marketing) preferred.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years in banking, NBFC, corporate finance, or business development profile
