Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Cum Assistant to support the tendering process and provide administrative assistance to the Tender Department. The ideal candidate should have good documentation skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of bids.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and tracking government and private tenders through various portals.
- Download, organize, and maintain tender documents and related records.
- Prepare tender documents, checklists, and supporting documentation as per bid requirements.
- Coordinate with different departments for technical, commercial, and compliance-related documents.
- Maintain a database of ongoing, submitted, and upcoming tenders.
- Assist in preparing EMDs, tender fees, declarations, affidavits, and other bid-related documents.
- Upload tender documents on e-procurement portals and ensure timely submission.
- Maintain correspondence with clients and internal stakeholders regarding tender-related queries.
- Handle departmental documentation, filing, MIS reports, and administrative tasks.
- Schedule meetings, maintain records, and support the Tender Manager in day-to-day activities.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all tender documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA/BA preferred).
- Diploma or certification in Office Administration or Tender Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in tendering, documentation, or administrative support.
- Experience in infrastructure, EPC, electrical, construction, or power sector will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with GeM, CPP Portal, Rajasthan e-Procurement, or other e-tendering portals is preferred.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
