We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our pharmaceutical team. The candidate will handle both inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with product inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into sales while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain pharmaceutical products, offers, and services clearly.
- Convert customer inquiries into successful sales.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order processing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or graduate (preferred).
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good listening, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
