Millions Kart Pvt. Ltd. is an e-commerce company dealing in mobile covers, phone accessories and related products. We operate through our online stores and focus on providing a smooth shopping and customer support experience.
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Confirmation Executive
Responsible for calling customers to confirm newly placed orders, verifying order details and helping reduce cancellations and RTO.
2. Abandoned Sales Executive
Responsible for following up with customers who have not completed their orders, understanding their concerns and encouraging them to complete their purchase.
3. Customer Support Executive
Responsible for handling customer queries through calls, email and social media, resolving issues related to orders, delivery, returns, replacements and other customer concerns.
Candidate Requirements:
- 12th Pass / Graduate – Graduation will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Should be comfortable using computers, email, internet and other day-to-day tools.
- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
Job Conditions
- Office Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- WFO only (Work From Office). WFH is not available.
- Communication: Good communication skills in Hindi + English are required.
- Lunch Break: 1:30 PM to 2:10 PM.
- Gazetted Holidays: Republic Day (26 January), Holi, Independence Day (15 August), Gandhi Jayanti (2 October) and Diwali.
- 2 Leave During Probation: Employees are eligible for 2 leaves per month, including during the probation period. These are carry forwarded leaves for a year.
- Leave Planning: Saturday, Sunday and Monday are important working days. No sudden leave requests will be entertained except in genuine/emergency situations. Planned leave should be informed at least one week in advance.
- 7 Days Unpaid Training: The initial 7 days will be an unpaid training period. If the candidate successfully completes the training and is selected, the training amount will be paid as per company policy. If the candidate is not selected during training, no training payment will be applicable.
- 7-Day Working Schedule: Sunday is a working day. In return, employees will receive one weekly off between upcoming Monday and Saturday.
- Team Shuffle: Based on business requirements, employees may be moved/shuffled between teams or departments as required.
- Salary Security: 5-day salary security amount will be applicable at the time of joining and will be refunded after successful completion of 3 months with the company, as per company policy.
