Tour Operations & Customer Support Executive – Trip Mosaic
Trip Mosaic is looking for a responsible and proactive Tour Operations & Customer Support Executive to support our travel operations, with a major focus on Uttarakhand and Char Dham tours.
This is an operations-focused role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of bookings after confirmation and coordinate smoothly with customers, hotels, transporters, drivers and other ground partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate confirmed tour bookings from pre-departure to trip completion.
- Confirm and reconfirm hotels, room categories, meal plans and guest details.
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters and local vendors.
- Maintain booking records, payment status and daily operational updates.
- Follow up with customers and provide timely trip-related assistance.
- Conduct pre-arrival checks with hotels and ground partners.
- Monitor guests during running trips and proactively identify operational issues.
- Maintain backup hotel/transport options wherever required.
- Update CRM and internal operational records accurately.
- Escalate critical customer or operational issues to management immediately.
- Assist with quotations and enquiry follow-ups when required.
Preferred Candidate:
- Previous experience in a travel agency, tour operations, hotel reservations or destination management is preferred.
- Knowledge of Uttarakhand, Char Dham, Kedarnath and Badrinath routes will be a strong advantage.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; working knowledge of English.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, Google Sheets/CRM and basic computer applications.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Calm and responsible while handling customers and unexpected situations.
- Freshers with strong communication, discipline and willingness to learn may also apply.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.
