Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive who can deliver excellent customer service while driving store sales. The role involves engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their preferences, and guiding them toward suitable products. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales goals
- Maintain cleanliness and visual standards inside the store
- Assist in inventory checks and stock management
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, and basic billing procedures
- Coordinate with the Store Manager for daily sales updates
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Presentable and customer-focused approach
- Basic understanding of sales processes
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Basiccomputer skills
Salary:12000-15000
