About the Role: Memories By Gopal Photography is looking for a Sales Executive / Client Relationship Executive to join our team. This role involves connecting with wedding enquiries, understanding client requirements, scheduling consultations, and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Connect with incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms Understand client requirements including wedding dates, venues, and event details Schedule consultation calls or in-person meetings with prospective clients Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication Update lead status and client information in the CRM or follow-up tracker Coordinate with the internal team regarding client requirements Maintain a professional and positive client experience throughout the sales journey Required Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Relations, or Customer Support Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in Telugu and English Comfortable with phone calls, follow-ups, and client meetings Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, spreadsheets, and CRM tools is preferred Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in events, hospitality, wedding services, premium retail, or client servicing will be preferred.
