About the Role
We are hiring a brilliant, hands-on Junior Electronics Engineer to join our hardware engineering team in Kozhikode. This is a full-time, onsite role designed for freshers, dedicated electronics hobbyists, and entry-level engineers (0 to 1 year of experience) who love working at the circuit level. If you spend your free time designing custom PCBs, soldering components, and making microcontrollers communicate with hardware sensors, you will fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
- Schematic & PCB Design: Assist in designing, routing, and reviewing schematic diagrams and multi-layer Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) for custom hardware modules.
- Hardware Testing & Debugging: Use laboratory tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers) to bring up new boards, trace signals, and troubleshoot hardware failures or signal noise.
- Prototyping & Soldering: Hand-solder surface-mount technology (SMT) and through-hole components onto prototype boards with precision.
- Component Selection: Research and source electronic components, verify datasheets, and maintain clean Bills of Materials (BOM) for manufacturing.
- Firmware Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with software and robotics engineers to test hardware peripherals and ensure seamless integration with microcontrollers.

Qualifications
- Experience: 0–1 year of electronics hardware experience (Freshers with a strong portfolio of personal or academic hardware projects are highly encouraged to apply).
- Education: B.Tech / BE / Diploma in Electronics & Communication (ECE), Electrical & Electronics (EEE), Mechatronics, or equivalent practical hardware background.
- Core Skills: Solid understanding of analog/digital circuit design fundamentals, power regulation (LDOs, buck-boost converters), and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART).
- Mindset: Extreme attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a genuine passion for physical electronics craftsmanship.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)
- High proficiency with modern PCB design tools like KiCad, Altium Designer, or Autodesk Fusion Electronics.
- Exceptional bench skills (clean manual soldering of 0603/0402 components and small IC packages).
- Basic exposure to microcontroller programming (C/C++ in Arduino IDE, ESP-IDF, or STM32Cube) to write quick test firmware scripts.
