Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering personalized styling advice.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge, including staying updated on fashion trends.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, including arranging merchandise displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and execute sales strategies.
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers to drive sales.
Timing for boys: 10:00 am to 8:30 pm
