Role : Sales Representative (The Face of the Brand) As a Sales Rep, you are our frontline champion! You will own the field execution, make our products visually unmissable, and build rock-solid relationships across your daily route.What You Will Do:
- Conquer the Beat: Conduct exciting field visits to b2b, caterers, retailers, wholesalers, and general trade counters to lock in daily orders.
- Own the Relationship: Build incredible, long-term rapport with trade partners and shop owners to lock in brand loyalty.
- Inspire the Squad: Manage, mentor, and motivate a passionate team of Sales Representatives to unlock their highest potential.
- Build the Network: Appoint, manage, and scale a robust distributor network, ensuring our business partners remain financially healthy and strong.
- Close the Loop: Keep business smooth by managing credit limits and securing timely payment collections from the mark
