About the Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can combine strong visual design skills with day-to-day marketing coordination. You'll play a key role in shaping how our brand looks and communicates across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design eye-catching social media graphics, ads, and promotional content
- Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for campaigns and content
- Coordinate content calendars and manage marketing timelines
- Collaborate with the founding team on brand identity and visual direction
- Stay updated on design trends and bring fresh creative concepts to the table
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), and Notion
- Familiarity with other content creation or design tools is a plus
- A strong creative eye and ability to conceptualize designs from scratch
- Good coordination, organization, and communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote, startup environment
- Prior experience in digital marketing or content design preferred
Compensation
INR 15,000 – 20,000 per month (based on experience)
