Roles & Responsibilities-:
- Talent Acquisition: Collaborating with managers to identify staffing needs, write job descriptions, source candidates, and conduct interviews.(candidates from interior firm will be preferred)
- Onboarding: Guiding new hires through orientation, paperwork, and training to integrate them smoothly into the company culture.
- Payroll Processing: Ensuring accurate and timely payments, including bonuses, deductions, and tax calculations.
- Benefits Administration: Structuring competitive packages (e.g., healthcare, retirement plans, paid leave) to attract and retain talent.
- Conflict Resolution: Mediating workplace disputes, addressing grievances, and ensuring disciplinary actions are handled fairly.
- Culture Building: Organizing employee engagement activities and maintaining an open, supportive work environment.
- Policy Updates: Designing, communicating, and updating workplace policies (e.g leave policies) to protect both the company and its employees.
- Employee full lifecycle from Onboarding to exit.
- Basic understanding of any HRMS will be preferred. (e.g Keka)
- Should be good in Excel.
Qualification-:
- Should have 3-5 yrs of HR experience
- Should be good in communication
- Should have recruitment experience preferably Interior industry
Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
