## Key Responsibilities
### B2B Lead Generation & Prospecting
* Research and identify potential B2B clients based on target industries and business requirements.
* Generate qualified leads through multiple channels including:
* LinkedIn Sales Navigator / LinkedIn outreach
* Apollo.io
* Lusha
* Email databases and lead generation tools
* Industry directories and online research
* Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and decision-makers.
* Identify key contacts such as CEOs, Founders, Marketing Heads, HR Heads, and Business Managers.
### LinkedIn Lead Generation
* Develop and execute LinkedIn prospecting strategies.
* Find relevant prospects and send personalized connection requests and messages.
* Engage with potential clients through LinkedIn networking.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
### Email Marketing & Outreach
* Create targeted B2B email lists.
* Prepare personalized cold email campaigns for potential clients.
* Manage follow-up sequences and track responses.
* Improve outreach strategies based on campaign performance.
### Cold Calling & Sales Development
* Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
* Introduce Webisdom’s services and understand client requirements.
* Schedule meetings/demo calls with qualified leads.
* Maintain proper call records and follow-up activities.
### Client Research & Market Analysis
* Research companies, industries, and market trends.
* Understand client challenges and map Webisdom solutions accordingly.
* Maintain CRM records with accurate lead information.
