ServiceNow Application Development Certification

7+ years working experience as Application developer and Integration Expert in ServiceNow product modules

Working experience of Integrations (REST/SOAP)

Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules with Strong Knowledge of Service Catalog, System Web Services -Rest & Soap

Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications

Experience and end-users to co-innovate and test the requirements

Good knowledge of Java Script and Scripting, HTML, CSS

Familiar with Agile Delivery Model

Aware of Database and SQL commands

Solid understanding of ITSM, ITIL, CMDB and CSM processes and workflows

Proven solid prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities

Proven ability to drive solution development through big-picture solution development

Proven ability to serve as a team lead and coach employees at lower levels

Proven ability to analyses and identify technical drawbacks and increase process efficiency by re-thinking
