Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Supervising daily operations, implementing improvements, and maintaining, high-quality standards.
- Staff Leadership: Recruiting, training, and evaluating team members, and fostering a strong safety culture.
- Process Improvement: Analyzing data to create, update, and enforce policies that increase productivity.
- Administrative Management: Handling inventory, scheduling, and database management.
- Customer/Stakeholder Support: Addressing queries and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
