We are seeking a Senior .NET Backend Lead with 5+ years of experience to own and drive the development of our backend platform. You will lead the design and implementation of scalable APIs, PostgreSQL databases, real-time SignalR communication, authentication systems, and the back-office management portal. This is a critical technical leadership role responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of the core business systems that power restaurant operations.
Main responsibilities:
- Build the .NET 10 ASP.NET Core REST API and own the OpenAPI/Swagger contract.
- Build and own the SignalR hub on the on-site server that routes orders to KDS and display clients over the local network.
- Design PostgreSQL 17 schema, EF Core/Npgsql migrations, data integrity rules, and reporting queries.
- Implement ASP.NET Identity + JWT for Owner, Manager, and Employee roles.
- Build the Blazor/Razor back office: dashboard, menu management, staff, settings, and owner sales reporting for daily/hourly sales, top sellers, and date-range reporting.
- Use Redis for sessions/cache/rate-limit counters and Hangfire for background jobs, sync, notifications, scheduled reports, and backup-related jobs where appropriate.
- Deploy and run the .NET API and PostgreSQL on a self-hosted Linux back-office server, including service startup, local config, and support for nightly encrypted backup routines.
- Package backend services with Docker for repeatable deployment on the on-site back-office server.
Required tech: C#, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, PostgreSQL/Npgsql, SignalR, Redis, Hangfire, Docker, REST/OpenAPI design, JWT auth, Blazor/Razor, SQL reporting views, self-hosted Linux deployment of .NET, local PostgreSQL administration.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
