We are looking for a detail-oriented Sampling Merchandiser to manage sampling development and ensure timely execution of samples as per buyer and production requirements.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sample development from design to final approval stage.
- Communicate with buyers, design, and production teams for sample requirements.
- Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of all samples.
- Follow up with sampling units for material, stitching, and finishing status.
- Maintain records of sample status, approvals, and revisions.
- Ensure samples meet quality, design, and specification standards.
- Coordinate sourcing of materials required for sampling.
- Track sample progress and resolve delays or issues.
- Support merchandising team in execution of new developments.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of sampling and merchandising processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple samples and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and quality focus.
- Basic knowledge of Excel for tracking and reporting.
Preferred Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in sampling or merchandising roles.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
