Duties
- Conduct outbound calls and warm calling campaigns to prospective clients, introducing our technology solutions and services
- Engage in B2B sales conversations, understanding client needs and presenting tailored product offerings
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that generate new business opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Support business development initiatives by identifying potential markets and expanding existing accounts
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing within the technology or related sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of technical sales concepts and ability to explain complex solutions clearly
- Experience with outbound calling strategies including warm calling techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
