Responsibilities: Content Development
- Develop short format content—such as concise emails, intranet posts, visual snippets, leadership updates, and campaign creatives—supported by strong visual design to deliver on key communication and campaign objectives.
- Craft clear, targeted messaging for critical organizational moments including townhalls, new launches, awards, achievements etc.
- Maintain consistency of voice, tone, visual identity, and brand guidelines across all internal communication channels.
Collaboration & Process Management
- Collaborate with team members, project leads, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high quality assets on time.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Provide design guidance and support to internal teams as needed.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Translate insights into actionable improvements in strategy and delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify information and create clear, engaging short format content.
