Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Business Development Intern who will be responsible for reaching out to digital marketing agencies, PR agencies, branding agencies, and real estate marketing firms to introduce RealtyConnect's PR publishing services and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
● Call Online PR agencies, PR agencies, branding agencies, and real estate marketing firms.
● Introduce RealtyConnect's PR and media publishing services.
● Explain the benefits of publishing articles and press releases through RealtyConnect.
● Identify potential clients and qualify their requirements.
● Schedule meetings or demos for the Business Development team.
● Maintain accurate records of all calls and follow-ups in Google Sheets.
● Follow up with interested agencies to move them further in the sales process.
● Achieve daily and weekly outreach targets.
● Share market feedback and client requirements with the team.
Requirements
● Excellent verbal communication skills.
● Confident and persuasive speaking ability.
● Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
● Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day.
● Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and email communication.
● Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
● Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
● Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Shivaji Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
