We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Centre Manager to lead our skill development center in Basantrai, Godda.

Job Overview
As the Centre Manager, you will be the fulcrum of our skill development operations in Godda. You will hold the primary responsibility of overseeing day-to-day training center activities, ensuring 100% compliance with government Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), driving mobilization, managing staff, and ensuring successful placement outcomes for our trainees.
Key Responsibilities
1. Center Operations & Administration
- Oversee the end-to-end daily operations of the training center, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and productive learning environment.
- Monitor and manage day-to-day administrative tasks including infrastructure maintenance, inventory management, and IT/Biometric systems (e-SOPs).
- Manage residential/hostel facilities (if applicable), ensuring the well-being and safety of the trainees.
- Coordinate daily schedules, ensuring classes commence on time and trainers are equipped with necessary resources.
2. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure strict adherence to the SOPs laid down by DDU-GKY, DDU-KK, and the Jharkhand Skill Development Mission (JSDM).
- Maintain accurate documentation including Enrolment Forms, Return Declaration Forms (RDF), and Daily Attendance Registers (Biometric & Manual).
- Prepare and present the center for internal and external audits/inspections by Q-teams, CTSA, and SRLM officials, addressing any deviations promptly.
3. Mobilization & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a cross-functional team of mobilizers, trainers, and support staff.
- Drive the mobilization strategy to ensure targeted enrollment of eligible rural youth.
- Conduct performance evaluations and internal assessments of trainees to track learning outcomes.
4. Placement & Industry Linkage
- Collaborate with the placement team to ensure all eligible candidates secure job opportunities post-training.
- Oversee the post-placement tracking of candidates for the required duration to meet project milestones.
- Counsel trainees and parents to reduce dropout rates and ensure a minimum of 90% attendance per batch.
