Principal Duties & Responsibilities
· Work in close coordination with Project Architect, to ensure smooth execution of design processes.
· Assist in preparing design concepts, drafting construction documents, developing plans, 3D models with renders and supporting presentation materials.
· Support the Project Architect in site evaluations, quality checks, design verification, and material/sample selection.
· Conduct site visits to ensure alignment with design plans and maintain quality standards.
· Communicate design details effectively and coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to manage and monitor manufacturing schedules.
· Plan material requirements, raise indents, and ensure timely release of material orders.
· Coordinate with vendors for samples and meetings
· Plan project and design process timelines, for internal and client use
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
