Job Overview
Zaoq is looking for a professional and customer-focused Hospitality Associate to deliver an excellent guest experience and support smooth restaurant operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and experience in guest handling/customer service within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
The role involves welcoming guests, assisting with reservations, handling customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, supporting billing operations, and ensuring a seamless experience from guest arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional approach
- Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and special requests
- Support table reservations and seating coordination
- Coordinate with service and kitchen teams for smooth operations
- Provide information about menu items, services, and waiting time
- Handle customer calls and inquiries professionally
- Assist in complaint resolution and escalate issues when required
- Support billing and payment coordination
- Manage billing and order processing through Petpooja software
- Maintain daily guest records and operational reports
- Maintain a clean and organized guest service area
- Build positive relationships with regular guests
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience & Knowledge
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, front desk, or guest service roles
- Understanding of customer service standards and restaurant operations
- Basic knowledge of reservations, billing, and payment handling
- Working knowledge of Petpooja software for billing, order management, and POS operations
- Basic computer knowledge
