Job Title – 2D Draftsman
Dept – Design
Qualification – B.Arch. / B.E. Civil or relevant qualification
Experience – Min 2- 5 yrs
Salary range – (based on experience)
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Produce detailed drawings and plans using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
· Work from sketches, notes, and specifications provided by engineers and architects to create accurate drawings.
· Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other project team members to ensure project requirements are met.
· Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation
· Identify and address potential issues or improvements in existing drawings.
· As and when required, visit construction sites
· Explain technical drawings and details to execution team, if required.
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 Years of Experience
- Strong skills in using CAD software
- Knowledge of drafting standards, symbols, and conventions.
- Accuracy, attention to detail and precision in all the projects
- Ability to effectively communicate with engineers, architects, and construction workers.
- to collaborate effectively with other team members.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Prior experience in residential working, electrical & plumbing drawings and standards related to it.
- Ability to guide junior team members
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹48,027.15 per month
