*Role & Responsibilities*
- *Admin Support*: Handle daily office operations, filing, photocopy, scanning, courier
- *Data Entry*: Maintain records in Excel, Google Sheets, and other office software
- *Communication*: Answer calls, emails, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and team
- *Documentation*: Prepare letters, reports, invoices, and maintain office files
- *Front Desk*: Greet visitors, manage appointments, and handle guest relations
- *Support*: Assist manager/team with meetings, presentations, and other office work
- *Inventory*: Track office stationery and general supplies
*Key Requirements*
- *Education*: Minimum 12th Pass. B.Com / BBA / Any Degree preferred
- *Skills*: Basic computer knowledge - MS Office, Excel, Word, Email
- *Communication*: Good written and spoken English + Tamil
- *Other*: Good organizing skills, punctual, positive attitude, willing to learn
- *Freshers welcome*: Training will be provided
