Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with developers to identify testing needs and create robust automation frameworks.
Maintain and improve existing automation test suites.
Perform regression testing, load testing, and API testing using automation tools.
Identify, log, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.
Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide actionable feedback to the development team.
Assist in integrating automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in test automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
Basic programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript).
Understanding of REST APIs and tools like Postman for API testing.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience with automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
Knowledge of mobile app testing tools like Appium or Detox.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or Locust.
