We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, attendance and payroll coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and general HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to support the organization's workforce and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and candidate assessments.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Attendance & Payroll Management
- Monitor and maintain employee attendance records.
- Verify attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with accuracy.
- Ensure timely submission of payroll-related reports and documentation.
- Address employee queries related to attendance, leave, and payroll.
Employee Engagement & HR Operations
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
- Support employee welfare initiatives and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Assist in performance management and employee feedback processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
