Role Overview:
As a Collections Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls to customers for loan repayment follow-ups, ensuring timely collections, and promoting digital payment channels while maintaining a customer-centric approach.Company Profile: Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited (BFIL) 100% subsidiary of Induslnd Bank Limited.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound collection calls (1–90 DPD)
- Educate customers on dues & payment options
- Promote digital payments (UPI, QR, links)
- Ensure follow-ups & daily targets
- Maintain call records and identify risk/issues
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: PUC / Graduate
- Freshers & experienced candidates (preferred)
- Proficiency in Hindi or any one regional language (Bengali/Kannada/Malayalam/Marathi/Odiya)
- Good communication & basic computer skills
Compensation & Benefits
- For Graduates Offered CTC: Up to ₹2.75 LPA (including incentives)
- For 12th Pass Offered CTC: Up to ₹2.25 LPA (including incentives)
- Life Insurance: ₹10 Lakhs
- Medical Insurance: ₹3.5 Lakhs (Family floater)
- Accident Cover: ₹13 Lakhs
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
