Analyzing large data sets, identifying trends, and producing insights to support business and executive-level decision-making

Preparing, validating, and consolidating data from multiple sources to improve reporting accuracy, completeness, and consistency

Maintaining Excel dashboards, VBA-enabled reporting tools, and reporting outputs to support ongoing operational needs

Developing executive-level reports, presentations, and meeting materials, including action tracking and follow-up communications

Supporting program management and process improvement activities by identifying gaps, conducting analyses, and helping implement operational enhancements

Qualifications
Required:

Master’s degree or equivalent

4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics

Experience analyzing large data sets and translating findings into executive-level reports or presentations

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including dashboard development

Experience using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to support or maintain reporting solutions

Advanced proficiency in Tableau or Power BI

Experience eliciting business requirements and designing or implementing reporting solutions
Preferred:

Experience in a professional services environment

Experience with SharePoint, technical documentation, or relational data structures

Familiarity with data protection and privacy principles

Understanding of risk management and information system controls
