Role and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and current customers.
- Educate customers on company's services
- IT product and services sale to customer
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Negotiate pricing for customers
- Ask questions to qualify additional leads for sales team
- Work with internal teams to answer specific customer questions
- Build and nurture relationships with potential prospects to work them into a qualified lead
- Sales planning and status meetings
