Location: Delhi
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000/month + Incentives
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective patients
- Explain clinic services and offers
- Handle patient enquiries and follow-ups
- Schedule appointments and generate leads
- Maintain proper call records and follow-up status
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi & English, confident speaking ability, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude. Experience in healthcare, sales, telecalling, or counselling will be preferred.
