Role Overview
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to manage daily production activities, allocate manpower, ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, and achieve daily output targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily production plan and allocate manpower.
- Monitor in-process work, material issuance, and RM cutting plan.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Purchase & Stores.
- Maintain daily production reports & shift consumption reports.
- Ensure housekeeping, discipline, and adherence to work instructions.
- Conduct on-job training and skill upgrading for workers.
- Ensure equipment is maintained for optimal production.
- Monitor parameters, review reports, and take corrective actions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
