Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate and manage recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and background checks. Oversee onboarding programs to ensure new employees have a smooth and positive integration into the organization.
Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and support disciplinary actions. Act as a liaison between employees and management to maintain a positive work environment.
HR Policy and Compliance: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and organizational standards.
HR Operations and Administration: Maintain accurate HR records, manage HRIS systems, and oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation administration. Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Leadership and Mentorship: Supervise junior HR staff, provide guidance, feedback, and development opportunities, and support the HR Manager in strategic HR initiatives.
Project Management and Process Improvement: Plan and execute HR projects, analyze HR data, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, employee engagement, and organizational culture .
