Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in managing ELV projects, preparing quotations, coordinating with clients and vendors, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely submission of proposals and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients, sales engineers, and project teams regarding project requirements.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Maintain records of sales activities, contracts, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for material availability and project execution.
- Track project status and provide regular updates to management.
- Handle customer communications and resolve basic queries.
- Ensure timely collection of required documents and approvals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in ELV, security systems, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, or networking projects.
- Good knowledge of quotation preparation and project coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
