Overview:
This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, executive operations support, and program management, enabling leadership with actionable insights, driving operational rigor, and ensuring high-quality execution of strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Data Visualization, Analytics & Insights (50%)
Evaluate existing data, reporting systems, dashboards, and databases to:

Optimize reporting effort and reduce redundancy

Improve data accuracy and consistency
-
Enable real-time / automated reporting
Design and build intuitive, insight-driven dashboards and reports for:

Executive leadership (high-level summaries)
-
Operational teams (detailed performance tracking)
Analyse trends and proactively:
-
Identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity, speed, and customer outcomes
-
Drive data-backed discussions with stakeholders
Integrate and correlate data across systems, including:

Operations performance
-
Headcount and cost trends
-
Customer experience metrics
-
Employee engagement, attrition, hiring data
-
Develop a holistic view of business performance by linking cross-functional data
2. Program & Project Management (30%)
Drive end-to-end execution of strategic and operational projects
Ensure:

Clear scoping and planning
-
Predictable, on-time delivery
-
Strong stakeholder alignment
-
Follow up on action items and enforce accountability
-
Publish regular status updates, dashboards, and governance reports
-
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Ops and non-Ops teams
3. Executive & Administrative Support (20%)
Support Ops leadership with:

Calendar, travel, and meeting coordination
-
Preparation of review decks, reports, and discussion materials
-
Track priorities and ensure leadership bandwidth is optimized

Enable effective cadence of weekly/monthly business reviews/townhalls

Qualifications:
Core Skills

Strong data analytics & visualization capability (Power BI / Tableau / Excel advanced / SQL preferred)

Experience
3–6 years with background in:

Operations analytics / business intelligence OR

Consulting / PMO / strategy roles OR
