Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive B2B sales across ICT, ALV, LV and automation solutions. The candidate must be comfortable with direct field visits, business development and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to builders, hotels, institutions, corporate offices and SMBs.
- Generate B2B Leads through cold visits and networking.
- Followup in assigned leads and convert into business
- Understand client’s requirement and coordinate with the technical team
- Submit daily visit reports abd sale pipelines update.
- Develop long term client relationships
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client acquisition and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Good presentation and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of IT/ELV products preferred
- Strong follow-up and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of B2B field sales experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
