Akashra Communications is a professional Event Planning & Management company specializing in corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, weddings, promotional events, and customized event solutions. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to expand our client base and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, phone calls, email, and online platforms.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their event requirements.
- Promote the company's event planning and management services.
- Prepare and submit quotations and proposals.
- Follow up with clients to convert inquiries into confirmed business.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, client meetings, and sales activities.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in event management is preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
