Job Description
• Responsible for executing technology vision, crafting technical strategy, and driving development execution for PVAI • Strengthen the design of product and platform components across the portfolio • Seamlessly align the technical architecture in the upstream solution design with downstream delivery • This person will stay on top of and influence technology trends, standards, and partners which will further improve adoption and market share of Genpact’s Digital solutions, and work in tandem with the other leaders to further define PVAI roadmap and deliver against it. • Own the scope and outcome of the architecture component of Solution council • Lead and handle architecture decisions for making the right technology choices for the emerging needs of transformation • Understand existing IT and Architecture standards and create and maintain alignment on an ongoing basis • Create replicable and reference architecture solutions for domain specific and enterprise level transformation solutions • Constantly research, evaluate and recommend new, innovative solutions for continuous improvement • Participate in digital assessments, discovery sessions and transformation deals and determine solutions / road maps motivated by digital technology interventions. • Alert transformation teams across business and technology on risks and recommend mitigation plans through right change management, risk management, standards and governance approach • Coach, mentor and handle technical architects with specialization in specific tech space while individually providing a breadth of vision across technologies • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field • Superb communication – verbal and written • Prior experience in pharmacovigilance domain will be an extra advantage.
