Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
Maintain daily accounting records and entries.
Manage Cash Book, Bank Book, and Ledger Accounts.
Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Perform bank reconciliation and cash verification.
GST & Taxation
Prepare and file GST returns.
Maintain GST records and invoices.
Coordinate with CA for taxation and compliance matters.
Ensure timely payment of taxes and statutory obligations.
Sales & Booking Management
Maintain customer booking records.
Track plot booking amounts and installment payments.
Generate payment receipts and invoices.
Coordinate with sales team for customer payment updates.
Payroll & Employee Management
Process employee salaries and incentives.
Maintain attendance and payroll records.
Handle reimbursement and expense management.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain financial documents and records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Assist management during audits and financial reviews.

Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
Minimum 1–3 Years of Accounting Experience
Real Estate Industry Experience Preferred
Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
