Job Summary
The Tender Executive is responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing tender documents, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely submission of bids. The role requires strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills to support the company's business growth through successful tender participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant government and private tender opportunities.
- Download, review, and analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bid documents within deadlines.
- Coordinate with estimation, billing, procurement, and project teams for required tender inputs.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender-related documentation.
- Collect and maintain statutory documents, certificates, registrations, and compliance records.
- Prepare EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees, and other bid-related requirements.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and clarify tender-related queries.
- Maintain a tender tracker and update management on upcoming and submitted tenders.
- Monitor tender results and maintain records of awarded and unsuccessful bids.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and company policies during bid preparation.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants regarding tender submissions and clarifications.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or construction documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PDF documentation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
