We’re looking for a Senior SEO Executive who understands how SEO directly impacts pipeline, revenue, and brand authority — not just traffic.
Role Overview
This is not a keyword-stuffing role.
We are looking for someone who has built and scaled SEO for software services companies (especially US-focused) and can demonstrate measurable growth in traffic, rankings, and conversions.
You should be comfortable owning the full funnel — from search visibility to lead capture to qualified inquiry generation.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Strategic SEO Leadership
Craft and execute ROI-driven SEO strategies for software services / IT services / AI consulting companies
Own organic growth for US geography
Identify high-intent keywords aligned with service pages and decision-makers
Develop topical authority and content clusters
2️⃣ Proven Growth Execution
Demonstrate past success in:
Increasing organic traffic (with % growth numbers)
Ranking competitive keywords (especially service keywords)
Improving domain authority
Benchmark competitors and build strategies to outperform them
Retain and recover rankings quickly after Google core updates
3️⃣ Traffic Conversion Ownership
4️⃣ Tools & Analytics Expertise
Deep hands-on experience with:
Ability to build dashboards and present insights clearly to leadership.
5️⃣ Team Leadership
Lead and groom junior SEO executives & interns
Define SOPs and workflows
Review content quality & optimization
Conduct internal SEO training sessions
6️⃣ Algorithm Update Readiness
Track and analyze impact of major Google updates
Quickly implement corrective actions
Protect existing rankings and traffic
Perform technical SEO audits proactively
7️⃣ AEO & GEO (Add-On Advantage)
Required Qualifications
7+ years of hands-on SEO experience
Prior experience in Software Services / IT Services / SaaS industry
Proven track record of ranking for competitive US keywords
Experience targeting US geography
Strong written and spoken English
Strong analytical and reporting skills
