Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Director to lead and oversee all food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue.
- Lead, train, mentor, and motivate the F&B team to achieve high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and health regulations.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus and seasonal offerings.
- Analyze sales reports, guest feedback, and operational KPIs to improve performance.
- Ensure exceptional service standards and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and successful events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, private residences, or high-end hospitality is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ability to manage large teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality management systems.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
