Job Position: HR Recruiter
Location: BBSR
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job postings.
- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn).
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
