Job Description :-
- 6–10 years of hands-on experience in Architectural BIM modeling using Revit for high-rise residential projects (20+ storeys) in India
- Strong command over Revit Architecture including families, worksets, view templates, phasing, and sheet setup for LOD 300–400 deliverables

Proven experience in preparing coordinated architectural BIM models aligned with structural and MEP models, and resolving basic coordination issuesAbility to generate detailed GA plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and quantity take-offs directly from BIM models with high accuracyGood understanding of Indian building byelaws, DCR, fire norms, and typical high-rise residential planning standards (staircases, cores, parking, amenities)
- Proven experience in preparing coordinated architectural BIM models aligned with structural and MEP models, and resolving basic coordination issues

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
